We’re more than just bread, but bread is the soul of our bakery. Here, we preserve the past by making it part of the present. Founded in 2010 by Robert Biancavilla, we aspire to be a community hub for meaningful connections and delicious experiences. Our artisan bakery is a round-the-clock operation and we rely on the talents of dedicated front of house and back of house team members to bring sourdough bread and handmade pastries to our counters five days per week.

Culture

We are an authentic scratch bakery where our team members mentor each other and constant learning and education is the norm. We push ourselves to be innovative in the kitchen, and our enthusiasm is contagious. Our customers come in for a culinary journey and are treated with respect, as if they are stepping into an old world bakery.  We are professional, responsible, punctual and respectful to each other and our customers. We value hard work and a commitment to excellence.

Community

We are proud to support two organizations whose missions are important to us. We regularly donate products to Food Rescue US, an organization which helps get  network of food banks where we regularly donate product, and the other is Island Harvest, where our customers “round up” their purchases and we make a monetary donation. We also support the community with regular donations to charitable causes events.
